"It would have been interesting to have the original cast of Raaz in Raaz- TMC": Dino Morea
“I have stopped doing favours. It is high time that I become selfish and start thinking about myself and my career,” says Dino Morea who is all geared up for his upcoming film Acid Factory. Catch him as he gets candid about Acid Factory, not being part of Raaz- The Mystery Continues, personal relationships and more in an exclusive interview with Pankaj Sabnani from BIGOYE.
Your were there in Raaz which turned out to be a massive hit. Do you miss being part of Raaz- The Mystery Continues? Not really. The story is completely different. Until and unless I know the story, I cannot wish for it. It would have been interesting to have the original cast. But I guess when Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt have a plan, it is good. They know what they are doing. Going by the promos and songs, I think they have all got it in order.
Are you eager to see the new Raaz? I am very eager to watch it. I am dying to watch it. I will probably watch a screening which Mukesh Bhatt said he will have for me.
You have got Acid Factory coming up. You must be really exited. Tell us a bit about it. Yes, I have got Acid Factory which will be releasing in May. We are still shooting and have got one song left. It is a super looking film. We have a great cast. I am reall
I have to be selfish and care for my career.
y looking forward to the film. It is an action thriller. It has a beautiful story. But I cannot tell you about it as one line will give away the whole story. I am playing a bit of a negative character with a sweet and innocent face in the film. I have given an interesting look to the character in the film.
Who was the experience shooting the film? Did you have any memorable incidents? We had a lot of memorable incidents. We shot the film in Hyderabad and Capetown. Every night we had a great big party after shooting. Everyone got together and got along really well. So that was the good thing about Acid Factory. The camaraderie shared on the sets was really good. So, from Hyderabad to Capetown it was one big party
I am playing a bit of a negative character with a sweet and innocent face in my next film.
! Also, having Danny Denzongpa on the sets who is a very experienced actor was absolutely fantastic.
Apart from Acid Factory, what are the other projects that you are looking forward to? I am in talks with two big banners regarding two big projects as well. I have also done a guest appearance in Jahnu Barua’s Har Pall. Preity asked me to do that and she is a very dear friend of mine. But now I have made a decision that I will no do too many favours in life. I have to be selfish and care for my career. So, all my guest appearances have more or less stopped.
