The good news is that Soha Ali Khan makes her small screen debut with Khelo Jeeto Jiyo and the bad news is that it is not worth it!
The main problem with the show is its format. It is something that we have already seen on TV before. The game show consists of three rounds. In each round the pair of contestants can win prizes by answering multiple choice questions. It is not at all engaging to see them doing this.
The editing is bad and lacks continuity between shots. Another flaw is that the same contestants can come in the following week as well. The show is not good enough for people to come back the next week and follow what happens. The set design is just about okay and there is not much music playing in the background.
Soha Ali Khan should stick to films. Though she is not bad as a host, she does not have that charm to carry the entire show. Also, she seems a bit uncomfortable with the Hindi language.
Khelo Jeeto Jiyo is neither worth playing, winning, living or for that matter even watching!
