Director's Diary By Vivek Sharma

The music stopped. I shouted, “kisne gaana cut kiya..?”

And I saw Ferna from the university management is walking towards me in high speed. I could feel there is something wrong…

“I told you guys not to play your song so loud. All the faculties are complaining,” she exclaimed. I called local production manager who didn’t even bother to face Ferna…

We all were standing like students in front of her and she was going on and on. I told her we will play the song little soft now. She left with the warning that if she hears any complaint she would stop the shoot.

I blasted the local production team for their mismanagement.

40 dancers… 150 junior artists... How can we play song in low volume..? They should have taken the permissions properly.

But it doesn’t matter to anyone. That’s why I say that filmmaking is a lonely journey… only director knows what he is going through…
